Instructional Skills Workshop Program

The Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW) is an intensive four-day program that provides participants with the opportunity to enhance their teaching effectiveness within a small group setting. Throughout this program, participants engage in active learning modules, design and facilitate three “mini-lessons”, and learn effective strategies in receiving and providing feedback from their peers. The workshop has an emphasis on reflective pedagogy where participants are able to carefully re-examine their teaching approach in a supportive and collaborative environment.
