Pre-University Chemistry

The content of this course follows the combined curriculum of NS grade 11 and 12 chemistry, with a focus on the development of problem solving skills. It has a substantial math component.

This non-credit course meets SMU's entrance requirement for admission to the Bachelor of Science program. It will fulfill the admission requirement to most other post secondary institutions as well, but it is up to each student to ensure it's accepted by the specific institutions you apply to.

There is no required textbook for this course. Students will be provided with a course workbook that will contain all the required material.
