The Studio for Teaching and Learning will offer a series of workshops on course design/redesign throughout July 2018, using a Community of Practice (CoP) framework.
Sessions will follow through Bigg’s (2003) constructive alignment framework in addressing the strengthening of connections between the effective implementation of intended learning goals, engaging teaching and learning activities, and measurable assessment strategies into your course design.
The first session is on July 6th from 1-2:30 pm in AT212. Subsequent sessions are tentatively scheduled for Fridays in July; discussion topics and scheduling will be finalized based on feedback from participants in the introductory session.
