Intelligent Agents

This session provides an introduction to Intelligent Agents in Brightspace. Intelligent Agents provide an automated way for instructors to interact with their students, to increase their participation in the course. Using Intelligent Agents, instructors can send personalized emails to:

- Reach out to students who have never logged into Brightspace

- Contact students who haven't accessed the course in several days

- Encourage students based on grades they received, or offer support
