The Day of the Dead is a joyous occasion. The library invites you to join them in decorating a beautiful altar to honour the memory of your departed loved ones and celebrate the continuity of life.
Bring a photo of a deceased loved one and a card with their name. You can also bring an item that reminds you of them, and a few lines of something you would like to share about them.
The altar will be displayed from October 29 to November 2.
This free event is during International Education Week at Saint Mary’s University.
