Learn to make pakoras with the Aramark team and Dr. Syed Adnan Hussain, professor in Saint Mary’s Department of Religious Studies.

A pakora is type of fried snack made with various vegetables in a seasoned batter of chickpea (gram) flour. Pakoras are popular throughout the Indian subcontinent, and the diaspora.

Make pakoras, eat pakoras, and learn about food culture while you enjoy a cup of masala chai. But you need to sign up below, before October 30.
