Workshop 1: Creating an Effective Presentation
Academic communication comes in many forms and is not limited to writing. The creation of PowerPoints, Poster presentations and websites are transferable skills that are great to develop throughout your academic career. In this session, you will learn how to understand the use of space, colour, font size and placement to enhance the audience’s experience, and how to incorporate those elements to produce effective and aesthetically pleasing visual communication.
