University College Cork is excited to announce the 43rd International Summer School in Irish Studies, which will take place from Monday, 30th June to Friday, 25th July 2025.
The summer school is open to university students, offering the opportunity to earn up to 10 ECTS credits. It is also open to individuals with a general interest in Irish History and Literature.

Students pay fees, inclusive of tuition, accommodation, and study tours at the host university. Students also pay a $100 study abroad admin fee (charged via SMU banner) at SMU. Meals, travel, insurance, personal expenses, etc. are also the participating students’ responsibility.
