Become an EAL Volunteer Tutor

Are you interested in volunteering with us to help newcomers settle in Nova Scotia? Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia (ISANS) is looking for volunteer EAL tutors! We match EAL tutors with our clients who want to improve their spoken and written English and prepare for English language proficiency/professional exams, Canadian Citizenship Tests, etc.

Depending on your preference and availability, these one-on-one tutoring sessions can be delivered in person or online. No tutoring experience is necessary. Find out more here, or email us at volunteer@isans.ca.
